The All Together Fairer strategy is at the core of the Cheshire and Merseyside Health and Care Partnership. The report was launched in May 2022 by Sir Michael Marmot and is specifically focussed on the social determinants of health. Everyone across the system has a role in reducing inequality through the All Together Fairer programme. These workshops are for you to ensure you know what the programme is and how it is embedded in the Health and Care Partnership strategy, what the social determinants of health are and what you and your organisation can do to improve health, reduce inequality and reduce demand for health and care services.
This online workshopwill be delivered by Dr Tammy Boyce of the Institute of Health Equity. You are invited and encouraged to register for one of them as set out in the table below.
