    As per 1st focus group held on 6th September, please comment/provide feedback/make suggestions on how we best approach patients and ask them about their Clinical Nurse Specialist/Cancer Support Worker: Contact & Communication


    I think that it is vital that a patient has a good relationship with their clinical nurse specialist and receives appropriate cancer support to help them through their cancer journey.

    How were you contacted? Would you have preferred to have been contacted in a different way?
    Were you contacted in a timely manner?
    Were our staff professional and courteous?
    Were you able to ask the questions you wanted and receive the advice you needed?
    Were calls/emails answered quickly by your clinincal nurse specialist?
    Was there any other support you can think of that we could have provided?


    Possible addition to a good set of proposed questions:

    Do you feel that clinical nurse specialist support ceased too early during your treatment?
