    As per 1st focus group held on 6th September, please comment/provide feedback/make suggestions on how we best approach patients and ask them about their Macmillan Cancer Support Services


    Having used the digital Macmillan cancer support services I thought that they were very helpful.

    Some questions that may be asked are:

    Did you use the Macmillan Cancer Support Services?
    Which method did you use to contact them e.g. digital, email, telephone?
    How were they able to help you?
    Were they able to answer your enquiry?
    Can you suggest further assistance that they could offer?
    Would you recommend the Macmillan Cancer Support Services to others?


    Good set of questions already proposed.

    Another possible question:

    How did you find out about Macmillan Cancer Support Services?
