As per 1st focus group held on 6th September, please comment/provide feedback/make suggestions on how we best approach patients and ask them about what we missed?

This is a very similar answer to theme 5 in that it is important to find out what we missed in order to improve services in the future. We should encourage patients to tell us what they feel we missed in order to rectify this in the future by asking them to tell us if they have any recommendations or concerns.
