Changing the NHS is going to involve everyone. The government wants to hear people’s views, experiences and ideas as part of this engagement plan to help shape the 10 Year Health Plan for England.
Anyone aged 16 and over, living in England, can take part. We encourage you to use your voice and complete the questions, if you don’t want to answer all the questions you don’t have to. There are many different alternative formats: BSL, Easy Read and you may submit alternative formats for your response.
All feedback from the public and staff will be considered equally and valued, as both have unique insights
