The programme provides valuable opportunities for colleagues to share experience, guidance, and learning, while also helping them build relationships with peers from different regions or providers.
Initially designed for Cancer Managers and MDT Coordinators, growing interest across organisations means we are now considering involvement from other cancer administrative colleagues, such as pathway navigators.
Feedback so far has been very positive, and we look forward to matching many more participants as the programme continues to expand.

Additionally, mentors who were not previously matched will be prioritised when pairing with new mentees.
