To apply for access to the Dashboard, please complete the request form by using the button below, ensuring you tick ‘Intelligence sourcing (anonymised)’ in the request details. In the reason for access box, please type ‘I would like access to the Cancer Audience’.
Future phases
Phases 3 and 4 are currently being designed and will include data on urgent suspected cancer referrals, incidence and staging data, health inequalities, plus a range of other reports. Updates will be provided here when further details are available. If you have any suggestions about what you would like to see in future phases, please contact us at ccf-tr.
We will be uploading a series of case studies showcasing how PRACTICE Dashboard information is being used by local GPs, please check back regularly to keep informed of these updates. This case study video highlights how colleagues can use the PRACTICE Dashboard to support their quality improvement work. In this video, the team at Be Breast Savvy used the dashboard to evaluate phase 2 of their project at Anfield and Everton PCN. We hope this will inspire you to use the PRACTICE dashboard in your work.
