The Recording of End of Treatment Summaries (EOTS) e-Learning module has been developed to support the cancer workforce in:
- Understanding the background to personalised care for cancer patients and the importance of complete data recording
- Understanding how and where personalised care activity is captured and analysed
- Understanding how to record EOTS in the Somerset Cancer Registry
