Cheshire and Merseyside Cancer Alliance are supporting trusts in recording End of Treatment Summaries which is a nationally mandated requirement, however we are wanting to understand quality and not just the number recorded. Firstly, we need to understand more around how end of treatment summaries are completed, where they are recorded and who completes these to support the aim in this coming year to increase the currently reported data to COSD, which is at a current national level of 7%.
