Event Description
Join the Teenage and Young Adult Team to explore how we hear and advocate for the voices of teenagers and young adults with incurable cancer.
Aimed at nurses and allied health professionals, the day will combine lived experience, clinical insight and reflection to explore communication, decision- making and supporting choices when cure in no longer possible, enabling compassionate , person-centred palliative care.
